Raising Righteous Leaders through Karunya: A core part of Dr. Paul Dhinakaran’s mission is to create and develop leaders equipped to solve human problems with compassion and integrity. Through the Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences (Deemed University), which proudly ranks 20th in Tamil Nadu, he wants to instill values that encourage students to lead righteous lives after graduation. This esteemed university is dedicated to raising leaders who are not only academically proficient but also spiritually grounded, prepared to solve the pressing problems of humanity. By fostering a strong foundation of faith and knowledge, Karunya aims to develop individuals who will lead the world with righteousness and make a positive impact on society. He also wants to build Karunya Schools all across India to mold leaders for this world.

Through SEESHA (Samiti for Education, Environment, Social and Health Action), Dr. Paul Dhinakaran extends his compassion to the most vulnerable, providing essential services such as shelter for the homeless, food for the hungry, and medical care for the sick. SEESHA goes beyond meeting basic needs, offering rehabilitation programs that empower women, helping them reclaim their dignity and independence.
